By engaging Skyler Technologies you agree to these terms.

Scope & Deliverables

We deliver websites/landing pages as described in your quote. Add-ons (payments, complex integrations, extra revisions) are billed separately.

Timeline

Typical draft within 3–7 business days after receiving required inputs (content guide, brand details, examples).

Revisions

Each package includes a stated number of revision rounds. Additional changes are billed at our hourly/day rates.

Ownership

Upon full payment, you own the final website code and content. Third-party licenses remain subject to their terms.

Payments & Refunds

50% deposit to start, balance on delivery unless otherwise agreed. Due to the nature of digital services, completed work is non-refundable.

Liability

We provide work “as is” and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. We will make reasonable efforts to fix defects reported within 14 days of launch.
